Sustainable Landscape Design for the Home Garden

Amy speaking at the Multnomah Garden Club

Using water efficiently, incorporating native plants and creating healthy soils are all elements of a sustainably designed landscape that makes gardening a breeze.

Learn how to incorporate practices that replenish the earth & it will reward us in more ways than we might imagine. From soil stabilization to material choices, we’ll explore ideas and techniques that will make your life easier and our world greener.

This is a half day Yamhill County Master Gardeners workshop and will include a hands-on plant design exercise, pot luck lunch and an optional tour of the Yamhill County Fairgrounds Landscape project.

Master Gardeners: $10, Non-Master Gardeners: $20
